St. Paul, Minnesota in the United States. Claims relating to, including the use
of, this Site and the materials contained herein are governed by the laws of the
United States and the State of Minnesota. If you do not agree, please do not use
this Site. If you choose to access this Site from another location, you do so on
your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local
laws.
Claims and Returns
No Claims allowed unless reported within 5 days after delivery...no goods
taken back, nor allowance made after being printed or cut. No credit
allowed on goods returned without our approval.
No merchandise may be returned without our
consent and will not be accepted 5 days after date of delivery. Returns of
non-stocking items will be charged a service charge and freight for return to
mill. Returns of stocking items are subject to a 20% restocking charge and
no credit will be allowed for freight charges.

Anchor Paper is providing this site and its contents on an "as is"
basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either implied or
express, including, without limitation, warranties or conditions of title or
implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and

Our Prices
The prices advertised on this Site are for Internet orders. Prices on some
items may differ from those charged at Anchor Paper or Anchor Paper Express
stores. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without
notice.
Quotations are for purchaser's acceptance within
5 days. Quotations on mill orders accepted by us are made subject to
delivery by the mill. Request quotations before making definite
commitments as price changes often become effective before new pricing is
issued.
Prices prevailing at time of mill shipment unless
written quotations obtained.
We reserve the right to limit sales. We are not
responsible for typographical or photographic errors.
Your Data Submissions
You agree, and are hereby put on notice, that you are prohibited from
posting or transmitting to or from this Site any unlawful, threatening,
libelous, defamatory, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any
other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under

Placing Orders and Information Collection
Anchor Paper collects information from the users of the Site at several
different points on the Site. For example, we collect and/or request information

In order to fulfill the requests of Site users in the above instances, the user
