Returns and Claims

Returns
No merchandise may be returned without our consent and will not be accepted 5 days after date of shipment. Returns of non-stocking items will be charged service charge and freight for return to mill. Returns of stocking items are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Claims
No claims allowed unless reported within 5 days after delivery - no goods taken back, nor allowance made after being printed or cut. No credit allowed on goods returned without our approval.
