Terms for cash discount are printed in the terms block. Payment must be received on or before the day specified or the cash discount is lost. Cash discount is allowed on the sale price of goods purchased only. No discount is allowed on charges made for freight or taxes.

The prices listed herein are subject to change without notice. Quotations are for purchaser's acceptance within 5 days. Quotations on mill orders accepted by us are made subject to delivery by the mill. Request quotations before making definite commitments as price changes could become effective without notice. Prices prevailing at time of mill shipment unless written quotations obtained. Contact your sales representative for access to current pricing online. 

All Quotations and orders are subject to Standard Mill Trade Customs.

Liability
All contracts and agreements are contingent upon strikes, fires, accidents, or other delays beyond our control.

Taxes
All sales are subject to purchaser assuming taxes or other charges imposed by law by local, state, or federal governments which are due by reason of a sale or delivery by us.
